I ordered from this florist because a dear friend s mother had past after a lengthy illness. I called a couple florist but used this one because the customer service was so great & friendly via phone conversations. Also they said they work directly with the funeral home and I would receive a special discount (I can t recollect if that was pertaining to gas cost or overall cost). As a result, I ordered a peace lily plant, she told me my choices and I chose the one she stated would be about 3 feet tall and the total would be $50.88. I am pleased with this and purchase. However, after my friend brought her plants home from the funeral (she had received 2 peace lilts) I was so sad! The one I ordered was a sick plant with little blades barely coming out of the stem. It was about a 1 foot tall! I then went to the website to see how it is advertised and presented and it is very deceiving. I hate to be negative, but I think it is only fair to be a business with integrity.

working away from home, I phoned in an order for my fiances birthday, being skeptical, as a first time customer, I only ordered a half dozen. what a mistake. my fiance called me three different times complimenting on how they were the freshest most beautiful flowers she'd ever recieved,and I've been sending her flowers for thirteen years.Thank You very much.
