Highy recommend: quick, friendly and professional service from front desk to tech

While the staff is very friendly and genuinely kind, they were not looking out for my best interest. I was not told of the cost for my procedure until the procedure was done. A very nice lady behind the desk stated she is usually too busy to inform patients of the potential costs, and that I should have asked. And that has some truth to it. However, I can't help but feel this may have been intentional and standard practice. Had I been informed of the extreme cost I would have had to pass on the procedure for now. When a patient comes in and is having health issues and is in pain, they are not always thinking straight. They are frequently preoccupied with their issue. Patients should be able to count on the provider to look out for their best interest and be up front on all costs. Every other facility I have been to has disclosed all costs ahead of time. The cost I'm being dealt, will now affect my ability to financially provide for my kids right now due to their gross neglect. Unhappy!

I had a very pleasant experience at Open Imaging of Rockwall. I was so relieved that I was able to get my exams done the same day! I was also very pleased to find out that they provide interest free payment plans. I would highly recommend this imaging center to anyone.

The front staff is very helpful, but stay away froma TECH. named AMANDA!She is a terrible, rude, cold butcher!

Although the front staff is very helpful, be aware of a TECH. named AMANDA!She took some X-Rays of my son's injured arm, who is 4 and was in tremendous pain and she was twisting it turning it, without speaking a word to him making him truly miserable, until he screamed: NO, MOMMY DO IT!Since I asked the woman to tell me what she's about to do,so I may help, she just barked at me, that she has to do this to get her picture.Aweful personality, very cold, rude butcher! She's a blonde, late 20's, early 30's woman. Do not let her take you X-rays! Since she got mad at me after asking her to slow down twisting my son's injured arm, she decided that she was done. I was ordered to have 3 X-rays, she finished at 2, but I was charged for 3. Now, I'm waiting for the bill to see the correction. Oh, and all came back inconclusive, so tomorrow we have to go to Childrens Medical to see a specialist and have professional X-Rays done again!!!!!!!!!If you're in pain, just go somewhere else!

I took my daughter to get a 3D of her baby.The tech that was trying to get the sonogram didn't know what she was doing. She insisted the baby was turned the wrong way.She had my daughter go back 3 times and said the something every time. I decided to take my daughter somewhere else and they gave us GREAT pictures and had no problem taking my grandson's face. I was told not to go by a previous friend but decided to give them a chance..Boy was I wrong !!!!!
