      General Info

      Field Eye Care is the office of Sunny Field, OD, FAAO and Associates. We are located at the Costco in Rockwall, just to the right of Costco's main entrance. Our brand new office is equipped with all the newest computerized equipment. We offer comprehensive eye exams, medical office visits, contact lens evaluations, and surgical consultations. Walk-Ins are welcome when available.

We also have the latest breathable contact lenses that allow for safe and comfortable wear. Our comprehensive exam testing can diagnose conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other eye disease. We also treat eye infections, ocular allergies, dry eyes, foreign bodies, and other medical conditions.       Amenities
      We are primarily a private pay practice. By keeping our insurance billing manageable, we are able to reduce costs and provide you with more personalized care and very reasonable fees. We are currently providers for the following vision insurance plans: VSP (Vision Service Plan), MetLife Vision, Superior Vision Insurance and Davis Vision. If you have any other vision or medical insurance, we will be happy to fill out a form which you can send in to receive out of network reimbursement from your insurance. For payment of services we accept cash as well as all Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards. We also take FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards. Sorry, but we are unable to accept any checks.
