This edible arrangements in Rockwall Texas can't keep good help! I worked there for 10 years and my designs that went out looked great! Hired temps don't care what they look like and the owner needs to take more responsible(she knows who she is) and she's never there to inspect designs that go out the door. I give this Rockwall store a zero poor rating!
I ordered online a nice-looking fruit bouquet with a balloon, message cfard, and extra chocolate-covered bananas.Upon showing up for pickup on the day, after waiting roughly five (5) minutes for my package, the bananas were missing. After telling me that they didn't do bananas on St. V's Day, they put them after I advised that I was charged for them. So, after another 5-10 minutes waiting, I was able to take away my package, albeit it with a 3/4-helium-filled balloon (extra fee). After getting to the house, I noticed that the message selected during the online purchase wasn't on the bouquet, and upon talking to management, all they could do was to say is was a "corporate" thing that on pickups, the message is taken off.Suffice to say, this will be the first and last purchase made from this ill-prepared company whose apparent mantra is that the customer is always "wrong." Just my opinion. FYI: NO ATTEMPT TO ALLAY MY DISSATISFACTION WAS MADE.Judd Granger
