Terrible mean awful lady. I usually do not invest time and energy in reviews, but I feel I need to do this to try and help save others. Pats actually main job and focus is her very exciting and promising career at the Dollar Tree. This is where she gets all of her cleaning products at an employee discount or practically for free. She in return uses these and only these cheap ineffective products on customers houses and charges hundreds & hundreds of dollars. Dont believe me? Ask to see what products are used and where they come from for yourself when she arrives at you're home. Highly unlikely, she does not personally meet her customers face-to-face. Rather she sends her team of inexperienced workers. Ive done business with pats crappy cleaners a number of times now. Each time worse than the last. Ive overheard her screaming and yelling at her employees ober the phone for jobs not done to her satisfactory. She truly is a mean nasty lady with a bad heart. WARNING! DO NOT WORK OR GIVE BUSINESS OF ANY KIND! WARNING! Her sad pathetic ways of being a boss include the following: never talking over the phone; only texting, not returning phone calls, belittling employees, insanely overcharging/ripping customers off. Sadly, you never see the same employees working because the rate in which people quite vs stay onboard is much higher, but, that is reassuring to know people are better than that(her) and dont deserve to be treated like that. Ive personallt gave her employee;s extra cash for fuel because she refuses to reimburse the cost and milage forced on the workers who drive their own personal vehicles. How much lower can an employer go...? AGAIN WARNING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THIS IS A TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!! MEAN LADY!!!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! SAVE YOUR $!
