I wanted to reserve a town car for my college graduation. When I called RMA, they were friendly and took the time to answer my questions. He did not try to rush me through the call. He asked probing questions to determine my exact needs no more, no less. He provided quote and explained the entire process to me. My drive to and from the event were simply amazing. On both occasions, the driver arrived approx. 10 minutes early. The cars were lovely shiny and black. The interior was luxurious, clean, and comfortable. The drivers were kind and accommodating (and well dressed). They genuinely wanted to do all they could to make the ride as comfortable as possible. RMA has an app with many great features. Other than my initial call, I did not need to call RMA for any additional information. The billing was prompt and it was spot on with the quote Andrew provided. There were no surprises. RMA provided carefree transport for my graduation and treated my family like VIPs.
