Margie Hofberg combines superb client relationships with thorough, comprehensive expertise in the mortgage industry. A mortgage leader for more than a quarter of a century, Margie’s personal, impeccable service has clients coming back to her again and again for their mortgage needs. She develops long-term relationships with her clients, many of whom call her a friend and trusted advisor. Mortgage Leader Margie has been a recognized leader in the mortgage industry for over three decades, both in the Metro DC area and nationally. Her peers continuously acknowledge her as a guiding force in the mortgage profession. A Locally Owned Business Margie was born and raised in the Metro DC area. She is committed to sharing her organizational and leadership skills with her community and has served on the Board of several local non-profit organizations. Collaborative Divorce In 2005, Margie trained in Collaborative Practice, a recent divorce process to resolve disputes respectfully. Clients work with trained professionals—attorneys, therapists, child specialists, and financial planners—to negotiate a mutually acceptable settlement that encourages open communication and information sharing without going to court. Margie is on the Board of Collaborative Project of Maryland, a non-profit providing the collaborative process to families of modest means. She also serves on committees for a variety of other Collaborative Divorce professional groups.
