I'm an ordinary homeowner. This is my go-to place for anything related to plumbing. I've been a customer ever since they opened, mostly for parts and supplies but also for big items in renovation projects such as toilets, shower doors, sinks, etc. Not only can I count on top-level service from very knowledgeable employees, including reliable recommendations, but their prices have always been very competitive with the plumbing supply businesses that carry products a level or two above those carried by the big national chain stores. The missing fifth star reflects that sometimes items I've bought weren't in stock and had to be ordered. In addition to a large variety in floor display, they have a huge number of catalogs from which customers can select items. It reflects also that they don't perform installations, but upon request will give a list of several competent parties who offer installation services.

Plumbing parts plus is a customer service driven business, and Pete Reckendorf is my go to guy there. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.

Thanks for your showroom with SO MANY products on display! It was a great place to touch and feel all the options from faucets, sinks, vanities, toilets etc, etc. Everyone should have Plumbing Parts Plus on their list as they make the rounds to see all the options available in todays market.

This is a fantastic showroom. I believe their product selection is so massive, that if Plumbing Parts Plus does not show it on the floor, or have it in a catalog, it"s just not available! Great showroom, great sales people with a wonderful knowledge of their products and great service. This is a "one of a kind" store. You owe it to yourself to take a peek, even if you do not need products at this point, you will someday!
Plumbing Parts Plus has excellent product selection and great service by very knowledgeable employees. What a wonderful asset to have this type of business in this area. They supply anything relating to plumbing, from the smallest part to accomplish a do-it-yourself project....to ordering a complete bathroom. I love this place!
