A negative rating would appropriate in this case, probably about a negative 3 stars!Trying to get a password is more difficult than climbing Mount Everest! After initial contact was left on hold for over 6 minutes. After providing the usual information - account number, blood type, and dog's name I was told for the fourth or fifth time that I would receive an email with a temporary password. A story I've heard before. Supposedly I'll get that password within one business day which means I should get it no later than Monday or Tuesday. I wait with bated breath to see if it arrives. There has to be a better way!
