Dr. Joseph Boesch gets an enormous amount of satisfaction from being able to create a comfortable experience for patients while meeting their dental needs. He finds it especially rewarding to educate patients with the use of the intraoral camera during the initial exam, as well as throughout procedures, so his patients have a complete understanding of their problem and how it can be taken care of.Dr. Boesch views his career in dentistry as a call to service. It is a blend of art and science that is applied to help another person who needs care. His reward is seeing a happy, healthy, and smiling person who has had a positive experience and is pleased to refer a family member or friend who needs dental care.Education and Continuing Education:Doctorate of Dental Surgery, magna cum laude Georgetown University School of Dentistry, 1986General practice residency Georgetown University Hospital, 1987Dr. Boesch is a perpetual student of dentistry: he accumulates about 50 hours of continuing education every year. He strives to keep abreast of the current topics in his fields of interest as well as advances in the dental profession.It is Dr. Boeschs goal to provide the highest level of service to his patients, as well as the most up-to-date procedures. One of the first dentists in the Rockville area to become a certified Invisalign provider in 2002, he has also completed advanced education programs at the renowned Dawson Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida on jaw joint function and occlusion.Having perceived the need to study the jaw joint more intimately, Dr. Boesch went on to complete Piper I Comprehensive TMJ Science in 2004, Piper II Advanced TMJ Science in 2007, and Piper Joint Based Occlusion in 2008 at the prestigious Piper Center, also in St. Petersburg. He is a member of the Piper-McKee National Study Club and meets bi-annually with like-minded dentists from across the country to discuss the latest trends in TMJ science and therapy.

hygentist was very pleasant and explained a better way to reach back teeth. Very thorough. Dr. Boesch is pleasant to talk to and never feel like he's rushing you. Least favorite place to come, but can deal with it sine staff is so nice, and only 2 times per year. :)

Came in with pains in my jaw ans i was helped by Dr. Boesch and found out my atles was misplaced and the got help from Dr. Boesch.
I never dread coming to the dentist. I had some veneer work done by another dentist, and it didn't last. Thankfully Dr. Boesch was able to help me by fixing it properly and now I do not have any problems. He always checks on this at my appointments. I'm in good hands here.
