Not the outfit to call, even in an emergency. They attempt to use scare tactics, are pushy, and their prices are near double that of other certified technicians in the area. Any attempt to resolve of any issue with them is a waste of time, you are left holding the bag or calling your attorney. Avoid at all costs!

Beware ......They did ok on the initial install but don't call them back for service work. They have one of the highest labor rates around. I made the mistake of not asking rates up front. The other problem is they charge a very high administrative service charge ($95) on warranty items. I had a part under warranty that should have been free but they wanted to charge me a very high administrative fee ($95) to file the paperwork. The part was about the same price as the administrative fee. Not much of a warranty. Forget trying to talk to the company to resolve issues, they won't return calls. Buyer beware, do your homework and ask questions upfront if you plan to use them.
