Hands down the WORST GNC STORE IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY!! STAY AWAY....... Over the last 2-3 years, I've tried to my best to stay away from this GNC because the customer service from their "sales assistant" Chelsea (short w/green eyes) is by far the worst ever! With all the complaints that you can read online by others (Yelp, Trip Advisor, Google) who have had interactions with her, I'm surprised the owner of this location hasn't fired her. She's pushy, a "know-It-All, disrespectful, immature sales rep, and if you do not agree or challenge anything she says, she makes rude, disrespectful and smart comments to all of the customers who visit this location. You are better off visiting the Montgomery Mall, Falls Grove, or Old Georgetown Road location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I will be writing a letter to their corporate offices.

Very nice store in a very nice location. Customer service here is perfect. The sales associate there named Paul Leiby is exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to supplements. He asked about my fitness goals and was able to provide me with an enormous amount of helpful information. Give this store and their associates a 5 star! keep up the good work.

I walked into the GNC store today in federal plaza to reup on some suppliments that I was running extremely low on and when I walked in a got great service from a sales accociate named Paul Leiby. Not only did he help me with finding the best value for my dollar but I was impressed with his knowledge on the different products. He was able to explain to me the difference between the different company products so that I could pick the company that would cater best to my goals. I normally just order online based on the rating from like a bodybuilding.com or something but I will defiantly be going back to that store to have someone able to guide me through all the supps and recommend me new things I would like. Extreemly satisfied
