The receptionist seemed very polite but they were very unprofessional. They said they were a mobile service but claimed to have problems finding my location when my vehicle was located only 0.52 miles from their business (from 6015 montrose road, rockville md TO 11810 rockville pike, rockville md). I explicitly informed them the day before and the morning of that I needed the window to be completed by 4:00 pm at which point the manager assured me that it would be completed. I had to keep following up with them the entire day to find out why their technician had not shown up. They kept telling me it was the traffic (remember they are 0.52 miles away). Needless to say, at approximately 3:30 pm I called them back and cancelled. I wasted an entire day because they claimed to offer the best price and exceptional service. I regret not going with my initial choice.
