The day before my "lift" was to occur, the receptionist at AC Crane called to tell me that she had neglected to pull all necessary permits (a task I had agreed to pay them for)... Oh, and there was not so much as an apology offered!!! Naturally, I had to reschedule the lift, which was no small task, since there were several companies involved. I was able to reschedule for two weeks later; however, one of the other companies involved had to charge me an additional $150. (The lift was close to the holidays so they had to make personnel changes, etc.) I agreed to pay the additional $150, hoping that AC would do the right thing and take this money off of my total bill (or at least split the difference). I emailed (nicely) the company to suggest they do this, and of course, never heard anything back. Does ANYONE have any integrity these days???? I'd never do business with this company again.
