I brought several suits for cleaning . When I picked them up, there was 1 suit pant missing. They insisted that I lost them in the parking lot, or had them at home. I did not ! Then he said show me the ticket and we talk about it. I did not find the ticket for a couple of weeks. i went to show it to him and hoped for claim payment which he had promised. Unfortunately he never made good on the claim. I would NEVER recommend Rave Cleaners.

1 starI dropped off 6 pair of pants and two suede suit jackets to this guy. When I went back to pick it up I had 6 pants but I was missing my two jackets. So I said to him I am missing my jackets. The owner " said you think I got into FUCKING business to rip people off". He was rude and disrespectful, He said what you have is yours. So I said oh that's how you going to handle this and he went off talking. I left went home and checked my clothes, I was missing my jackets and I had a blue suit that wasn't mine. So if your missing a blue suit, I took it back and he actually told me to donate because he refused to take it back. Anyway I called him and tried to explain to him that my jackets were missing he said Adam I am done with this and hung up on me. So I went back with the cloths and he was even more disrespectful I showed him my cloths and there were 6 pants and a suit that wasn't mine. He got up cursing and told me to get out even after the ticket said I had 8 items. So I left and left whoever's blue suit that he probable claimed you didn't bring in either. The prices are the highest in Rockville Centre and with Customer service like that he doesn't even deserve to be in business. And he was a little pissed about me not coming in more often apparently, because he said "you come in here 4 times out of the year" . But after all this I'm proud I'm still a free man, because the way he was in the store this morning anything could have happened. Make sure you keep your tickets and check your cloths before you leave that dry cleaners.
