Good food, good service and good atmosphere.

Good place to go to watch the game, have a few drinks, and some bar food. But, the entrees offered were less than good. My friend had the pot roast with gravy so salty it must have been canned. I had the Chicken Portofino that said with Marsala sauce, but it was the same salty gravy that was poured over the pot roast. The dish was more like a schmorgesborg than a cohesive dish. The chicken had herbs and mozzarella cheese, placed ontop of angel hair pasta saturated in the salty sauce, a pool of salty sauce filled the edge of the dish with a few large chunks of roasted tomato and whole mushrooms floating in it. Suggestion to the chef...chopp up the tomato and toss with the angel hair and fresh herbs, slice the mushrooms add to a good marsala sauce, skip the herbs on the chicken and sautee in marsala. Serve on the side of the pasta, not on top. Suggestion to diners...stick with the bar food fare.
