General Info
We provide a full range of comprehensive inspection and testing services to evaluate levels of toxic substances, including mold, bacteria, volatile compounds, tobacco smoke, formaldehyde, lead paint, asbestos, pesticides, PCB's, and crystalline silica, usually in response to occupant health complaints or exposure concerns. We also provide low-cost, safe, mold removal services. Our senior industrial hygienists personally performs all mold inspection and air quality testing services, and they are among the most qualified and experienced indoor environmental consultants in the New York City area. They have built a solid reputation among property owners and managers, attorneys, and insurers by providing excellence in identifying and solving indoor environmental problems. In addition to advanced leadership in the indoor environmental / air quality arena, they also hold MS & BS degrees in chemistry, engineering, and environmental health sciences. All of our investigators are EPA certified as lead based paint inspectors and lead risk assessors. They are also New York State Department of Labor certified as Asbestos Inspectors and American Council for Accreditation Certification (ACAC) certified as CIEC's and CMC's. All samples collected during our investigations are processed by fully-accredited Environmental Laboratories (EMSL Analytical Laboratory and EM-Lab P&K Microbiology Laboratory).
