Bought a new Travel Trailer from Ron Hoover RV and Marine Center. First weekend we noticed that there a few things wrong including a couple of water leaks. Called Lori at service to make an appointment for service, then took it in for warranty work. After 2 more time, they have still not fixed the water leak, lost our paperwork, rude comments and/or just poor customer service from Lori the Server Mgr. She never returns calls, one else there is allowed to make service appt or write ups there either.



This is the worst run Dealer i've ever been to in 20yrs to get any server work done at. Had to call Heartland RV to get their help in getting our Travel Trailer FIXED at another dealer.
