I HAVE CURRENTLY BEEN RENTING HERE AT GOOSE ISLAND CONDOMINIUMS FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW AND I MUST SAY THIS PLACE IS SO BEAUTIFUL ,QUIET AND SERENE. I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING THE MANAGER ,STACEY MARTINEZ, SHE AND HER STAFF WILL AND HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ACCOMMODATE ME AS WELL AS YOU IN ANY WAY. NOW I HAVE READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS AND THEY ARE INDEED UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW STAFF I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO COME SEE THIS PLACE FOR YOURSELF AND WAKE UP EVERY MORNING TO THE SUNRISE AND HUMMINGBIRDS AT YOUR BEDROOM WINDOW.

DONT MOVE HERE ....!! This is just a friendly FYI to anyone wanting to move into here .. The Management is HORRIFIC. The guy gets into your face and will yell at you obscene things and his wife is not any better .. Nothing gets repaired your on your own if something needs to get done .. Don't know where the owners found these people but they need to take a better look at them, Every time I would pay the rent they was both stoned out of there minds .. I moved cause of many reason as you see and No I am not a disgruntle EX Tenant just want to let you know it would be the worse mistake of your life moving to these places , Give yourself a Pat on the back for not going there ..

>>TRUTH>>be<<TOLD<< You are clearly delusional! I was NEVER EVICTED from our condo! Happened to live there 3 years ... thank you very much! I have read the comments of the so called "Condo's" I know first hand how the "landlord" dealt with people. I also saw first hand the amount of DRUGS that passed from neighbor to neighbor ... including the landlord! I as well witnessed the "little somethin' somethin" on the side for rent! I happened to live next the a gal that did in fact give the landlord a "little somethin' somethin" on the side for rent. I also saw the landlord lock people out of there apartments and go in at his own will and remove personal items of the tenants and hide them in a garage. From my reading of the comments all I see is people telling all to stay away! Where do you or anyone else get that "obviously someone was evicted and angry" As far as "weeding out the trash" the landlord would have to evict the entire community out to do so! I also feel victim to the "peep show" of the landlord! Water was turned off (due to a leak in the down stairs apartment) next thing I know I see landlords eyes peeping at me through the window! He also would make "house calls" completely out of the blue. Just walk in unannounced and make himself welcome! Others were also correct in saying that there was uncontrollable dogs and poop every where. Mosquittoes are out of control, child running around with no supervision ... need I go on. Please try to not blow smoke up "others" butt cavities! All folks are wanting is the truth about the condo's. Drugs are rampant! You as a "tenant" know this better than anyone! Again stop trying to blow smoke ... be honest in your posts! And BTW the condo's are "under investigation" You might want to change your name from "TRUTH be TOLD" to I BLOW SMOKE! You have done everything but tell the truth!

***lets all note the lack of pictures.. Lack of police reports/files of said arrest and lack of reprirts of said finding of drugs..... It's a shame when people show the lack of class when lashing out at others for doing their job. Had you been able to do what was needed, as they did, working things out that could have been, you wouldn't have been EVICTED in the first place.. Funny how they are weeding out the trash lingering around the complex.. Think about it..

wow, some angry people who probably got evicted. I love it there, nice location, quiet, wildlife nice, lamar is beautiful.

I don't understand who keeps "deleting" my post! One could only imagine it's Orville! In reply to the "other" post yes the property manager DOES peep into your windows! I know from experience! He also takes a "little somethin' somethin" on the side in place of rent! His girlfriend leaves kiss marks on his cheek to show the world that "he is her man" What a catch! The most unprofessional, ignorant man I have ever met in my life! What kind of Apartment Manager meets folk outside in his pj's? Then shows them apartments that are FULL of dead roaches and living ones in the corners? Pot smoking, stealing, lying jerk is what he is! And YES he does PEEP in windows!

To add to my last review___ omg, heard the manager holds his own peep show....looks through others Windows.

My husband and I were looking at apartments in this area. I stumbled across the "review" ... you could not get out of our truck with out 5000 mosquitoes attacking you. Garbage strewn all over the place, dog do-do was everywhere (even on the pavement) children running wild, screens on windows were all torn, doors were broken, the apartment we were shown has so many roaches in it, it made my skin crawl! Holes in the walls, doors missing, carpet filthy, so on and so on! I don't understand why these have not been shut down! Management was a joke ... kept talking about himself in "third person". I would not give them one dime of our money. I would not have even given them a one star rating but, that is all it would allow me to do! Tear this junk yard down!

It is a beautiful area ... bugs are bad due to the standing water in the back, deer every where. Apartments are very ran down, yards are not kept up, had to watch each step we took due to the none clean up of dog mess, toys and garbage strewn from one end to the other of the complex, old junk cars left in parking area that don't work. The manager of these apartments seems nice enough but he lacks professionalism. Rent is reasonable but upon speaking with other tenants they are paying any where from $300 to $400 a month in electric ?? Manger explained he owns the "water rights" and wanted an additional $70 a month for himself. Something wrong with the whole picture. It is a very beautiful area just needs some cleaning up and new management.

i love the condo i live in and its so peacefull when i have my days off i will be a resident for a good while
