We were recently stranded in lincolnville at mikes repair (5stars) found out about this cab company called and was picked up within a few minutes for a very reasonable price were taken to camden in a well kept car with a great driver a couple hours later when our car was ready we called again and within minutes were picked up and taken back to Mikes. the driver was not only nice but very informative gave us several things to do and see in the area. thanks very much for the great service and not price gouging. As one of the owners of schooner Bay Taxi, it bothers me to see someone reporting something like that. Our vehicles are cleaned twice a day and we are also very conscientious about our drivers. We expect our drivers to be clean as well. They are required to wear a specific uniform and look and smell presentable, otherwise they are sent home. We will not let our drivers wear sweatpants or T-shirts that have graphic pictures on them. I feel that we are a company that is above and beyond other companies out there. I have found that most often when negative comments are being said that it is typically the words of our competitor trying to make us look bad. As we have never had anyone speak to us directly about something like this. It is sad that the other companies would stoop so low though.

All of the drivers have been very helpful and pleasant. They go above and beyond what other companies will do. They are not like the typical company that is just looking to "make a buck" and move on to the next call. Schooner Bay will take the time to help with bags, doors, pets, etc... Since the new owners have taken over, they have become a better company!

Very disappointed. The driver smelled bad, and the van had a very unpleasant smell to it. The driver did not help me with my baggage. I've have rode with N.Y C. drivers that provided better service.
