Poor support staff service. Never left/confirmed message for my child's brain MRI appt. so we missed it. Acted like, "Oh well, I told you on the message to call if you had any questions" How could I do that when Kim NEVER left a message on my phone? Otherwise Rachael is great as my child's PCP. Very proactive.

I was impressed with the good Service given from Registration to Nurse Practitioner and finally with Dr Goldsmith! My grand daughter had contracted Lyme disease in Massachusetts and it took Dr Goldsmith five minutes to diagnose it.
