I am more than happy to write a review for Rockport National Bank. I have had a checking account with RNB since 2006, lived in the area for a couple of years, then took jobs out of state in both Florida and now Montana. The people who work in all 3 branches: Rockport, Gloucester and Beverly are SO helpful and nice to interact with. I have kept RNB as my primary bank even though I do not live in Massachusets anymore, as someday I hope to return and live out the rest of my days in the town of Rockport. There were several times I needed to speak with tellers, and other workers over the phone to either get balance information or settle a disputed charge, and everyone was most attentive and courteous. I will ALWAYS keep RNB as my "home base bank"-no matter where I live. It gives me a good feeling inside to know that even though I do not have "thousands" of dollars in their bank, I am treated with respect and as an important part of their Institution.
