This weekend I went to Hair Addictions Design studio in downtown sacramento. The plan was to get a consultation for eyelash extensions ( a service I did end up getting that day). After hearing another woman getting a consultation (free) on color, I decided I would get that done also. Here is why.... She took her time and explained which colors would be best for my skin tone.
