If Fed Ex doesn't leave your package or they need a signature it's because the shipper is requesting it. Fed Ex 'does not deliver' after-hours. That's not one of the services they offer. Fed Ex has a commitment time, a window of delivery. If delivery is by 10:30, 3pm or 4:30 they have 'up until' that time to deliver. If you've moved and Fed Ex delivers to your old address, you need to give your new address to the shipper. If you have a door tag, and attempt has been made. The drivers do not want to come back again the next day. Last, if you see the driver in his truck ready to leave and you have a door tag, flag em' down! THE PACKAGE WAS NOT LEFT BECAUSE THEY NEED A SIGNATURE 'PER THE SHIPPER' .
