Bruce Carstens DVM is an exceptional vet. First of all the office people are courteous and attentive. They try to fit us in the day we call and usually do. Dr. Carstens is very thorough and explains everything to us so that we understand the problem and the treatment completely. We've frequented other vets and have been advised to get many expensive tests; lab, xray; allergist etc. Although he doesn't do extensive testing we always feel that our beloved little dog has been taken excellent care of. If we need to call and ask questions the girls at the desk will confer with him and always get back to us in a timely manner - this is so appreciated when confusion sets in or a problem comes up after the appointment. We have several friends that go to this clinic and they are all highly satisfied with the service. We've been to other vets in Roseville and the price for services is much more reasonable at this office. I would highly recommend trying this warm and caring vet for your beloved pets!!
