- CrownsAbutment, which screws into the implant and is the part that sticks up above the gum line so that a crown or bridge can be attached to it
- BridgesFixed bridges often affect adjacent healthy teeth, and are plagued by recurrent decay or gum disease, and typically require replacement every 6 to 15 years
- Root Canal TreatmentA root canal is a procedure that has to be done when the nerve has died or is in the process of dying. Usually the tooth and/or bone will have an active infection. Your dentist will gain access to the nerve and the infection through the top of your tooth. Then a series of files are used to clean out the nerve and any bacteria remaining in the tooth, followed by medicines that are rinsed through the tooth to help clear the infection. Once the tooth is clean, then a rubber based material is used to fill the inside where the nerve was removed.
- Periodontal SurgeryDr. Jason received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he was one of the top ten students in his class of 128. He was also the only student in his class concurrently accepted to three honors courses in Periodontics, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics. These honors courses allowed Dr. Jason to gain additional experience with implantology, periodontal surgery, full mouth oral rehabilitation, and advanced endodontic techniques.
- DenturesAre your dentures unsecure and causing you difficulty chewing and speaking, while falling out at all the wrong moments?
- Dental ImplantsThe most important factor in the successful outcome of dental implant placement is the quantity and quality of the bone where the implant fixture is placed. The back of the top jaw which is just below the sinuses has traditionally been one of the most difficult areas to successfully place dental implants. There are different techniques to augment the sinus based on your particular case. All share the same end result of raising the sinus floor and allowing for new bone to form.

This sedation training vastly exceeded the requirements by the state of Florida to obtain an IV conscious sedation permit.
- Tooth ExtractionsJawbone defects can be caused by developmental defects, past dental infections, tooth or facial injury or trauma, as well as previous difficult tooth extractions where efforts were not made to maintain the bone. Those who have been wearing dentures or had missing teeth for many years, will also often have such severe bone resorption that there is inadequate remaining bone for the placement of dental implants.
- Ridge Augmentation
- Bone GraftingIn one common approach a small window is cut into the bone adjacent to the sinus. This piece of bone is then swung into the sinus cavity like a door and the empty space underneath it is filled with bone grafting material. A few sutures are placed and the area is allowed to heal while the bone develops, usually for about four to eight months.
