We ordered a package with no grapefruit and we got grapefruit. Some oranges were rotted and the tangerines were juiceless. What a disappointment. I would not have even clicked one star but you have to give a rating before you can make your comments.

If you want to send ROTTEN, MOLDY CITRUS to your family across the US, order here. 2 TIMES!!! NIGHTMARE. We are from the midwest and were visiting Florida. Not knowing it was towards the end of the citrus season (NO ONE TOLD US) we still ordered 2 huge boxes of mixed oranges and grapefruits. It cost more to ship than the product itself. Our mother-in-law received the box 3 weeks later and all of the grapefruits had MOLD on them! Feeling humiliated, I immediately contacted Harvey's Grove and informed them of the situation. They replied to call back in November and they would ship another box out. I called back in December and waited for shipment. NO SHIPMENT. I called again and they said that it did ship out. Coincidentally 2 weeks later the box arrives with AGAIN, ROTTEN MOLDY grapefruits. I'M DONE with Harvey's Groves. The retail store itself was old and small; I should've seen that as a "red flag"
