I have been using the Hannaford Market for years, and will continue to do so. But yesterday was my first----and LAST----time at the Pharmacy. If you want to wait, and wait, and wait in line while cashier talks with friends, then this the place for you. If you want stand in line still more while clerk tries to get something to scan over and over and over again, you'll just love this pharmacy. When asked, they admitted the scanner was long known to be defective, but nothing had been done to fix it. The cashier tried to enter the data manually 4--5 times, but couldn't do it. It took 10 minutes in line to first reach the cashier, then another 10 minutes of fumbling to get to this point. All the while, no concern about the amount of time taken a simple, single item transaction. By this time, it had taken 20 minutes to accomplish nothing, so I asked to speak to the Supervising Pharmacist, but they were "not available" despite my seeing them behind the 2d counter. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!
