Partners Home Care is links the resources of a world-renowned health care system to homes in more than 140 communities in Eastern Massachusetts. Rooted in the histories of its 27 founding home care agencies, PHC serves a geographic area from Newburyport in the North, to Framingham in the West, to Plymouth in the South. Our longstanding tradition of compassionate community-based health care is enriched by clinical collaboration with the region's leading medical institutions. Its home care services incorporate advances in medical research and cutting-edge technologies that enable people to recover from illness or injury in the comfort of their home. As one of the region's largest non-profit home care agencies, it provides health care, health education and supportive services in the home and community setting to children and adults, including those who might not otherwise receive that care.
