Very very dis-satisfied with mass sign, the owner is very difficult. It's not worth the aggravation to deal with them.
This company is great. I have used them to letter my trucks twice. Each time the bill was exactly what was quoted and the work was done on time. The in-house designer helped pick out effective colors and borders. I traded these trucks in, One was in 2004 the other in 2006. People around town still remember the signs. I am going back next week for new signs.

I cannot say enough good things about Mass Sign. They worked hard to make a classy sign that required silver lettering and routing. I get comments from clients all the time relative to the "class act" this sign reflects for my business. My sign was delivered and installed (despite subzero weather) within a reasonable time frame, and I can credit it with drawing in more than half my business.
This company is bad news. Family owned and operated and down right cold hearted.Not only are they incompetent but just nasty to deal with.They'll talk the talk, get their money, then run away laughing all the way to the bank.Their years in business does not equate with thier level of expertise or professionalism (or lack of).Do NOT do business with this company."A business with no sign is a sign of no business"Well, a business with a sign from MASS SIGN may as well have none as they are impotent in their trade.
