Can you say abysmal? Do you know what it means? Well, I bet they don't at Hardwick Vision. Abysmal describes the service I received on my first, and last, visit to Hardwick Vision Center. The Optometrist behaved like it was a real inconvenience, an interruption, when I asked a simple question. The person who finally helped me select a frame (after a lengthy wait for any help at all) abruptly left for lunch before we finished. She was out to lunch, alright. Of course I had to wait to see someone else and try to pick up where we left off. No one knew exactly what was available from their lab. No one even tried to explain my options, alternatives, or suggest products. They shredded all copies of the paperwork I was given during my previous visit, because I did not make a purchase when I was there. I asked to speak to the person that saw me then, and was told no one knew who that was; In other words, Unprofessional, uncooperative, and unknowledgeable
