I would NEVER recommend working with Redstone Property Management. As a resident in a community they manage, they are incompetent, inconsiderate, and lack follow through. I have NEVER received a call back to a maintenance emergency without having to make at least 5 calls. They routinely do not reply to phone messages, and their hours of operation are minimal and more cushy than banks (9am-4:30pm, and FREQUENTLY closed Fridays or Mondays).

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM A PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION WITH THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!

I have worked with Redstone as the President of two different Condo associations spanning 16 years and always had a positive experience with them.

I live in a community that is managed by Redstone. I have had variety of issues with maintenance and other residents not abiding by community rules. When I have brought these issues to RPM's attention they lacked any kind of lasting results, no follow through, poor communication, and above all the worst level of customer service you could imagine. Seriously, you can get better service form a 3rd shift fast food employee. If you are a property owner looking to hire a management company, look elsewhere. If you live in a Redstone managed community, my sympathies.

We have lived in a Redstone Property managed condo for the past 15 years and they have given us nothing but the most professional care and concern. Our needs were meet promptly and with great kindness.

Don't use this company they are the rudest people. The girls in the office are awful... They are unhelpful, rude, and in general overall mean. Not sure how they stay in business. I don't even want to give them one star.

When I called to inquire about the insurance information for the landscaping company they hire that crashed into my daughter's car, Chris put the phone down on me. Great customer service and business practice. This time they damaged my daughter's car. Next time it could be your children that is hurt. Think about that when you decide to hire this company.
