Provided by Doctor.comThis woman is the best Doctor I have ever been to for medical help. She figured out what was going on with my situation right away and was able to get my health back on track. I had seen another Dr. for over 2 years and he did not have a clue.
She has helped me now for over 2 years and I would gladly recommend her to everyone who needs expert help.

Provided by Doctor.comAfter 14 years of amazing care with the same doctor, he had to close his private practice because of changes in Insurance policies etc. So I was very nervous about getting a new doctor, esp since I have 4 children and there are various chronic problems in our family. I also had Medicaid at the time, so it was going to be a challenge finding a doctor who still had openings.
Dr. Demock is extremely thorough. Their office actually schedules properly so that you never spend a lot of time in the waiting room. I've rarely seen people actually waiting in the waiting room. They will do their best to get you in quickly if you have an urgent problem, and refer you to urgent care if they can't get you in. With the new laws in place, her role is primarily that of coordinating care. Their office will handle the base level of whatever your problems are, but if you need more specialized care for an issue, you will be referred to a specialist. Given Spectrum's massive number of doctors, it works out well. They all share the same computer system (it's a paperless environment, as much as that's possible), so you have to confirm information, but don't often have to repeat stuff. She also keeps up with anything that you have done through the specialists' offices. I have to get blood work done every 6 months for my dermatologist, and she always coordinates my annual checks with that so I don't have to have it done multiple times.
My children adore her and her staff. And while there is always going to be someone you don't click with in any office situation, we've found that a majority of the regular employees there are wonderful, kind, and compassionate. As is Dr. Demock.
Also, as far as the problem the other reviewer had with being dropped, if you call, they'll take note of problems and understand and reschedule. That's not a personal policy of hers, that's a Spectrum policy. The only way you get dropped is if you miss multiple appointments and don't contact the office. In the past year there have been improvements in their contact process as well.

Provided by Doctor.comShe is a terrible doctor. She spends very little time with patients and is only interested in getting money in the door. She discharged our son in the middle of treatment for "cancellations". We had a death in the family and cancelled, then a year later had car troubles in the middle of winter. She discharged him without completing treatment and with no referrals. What kind of doctor does that to a child?
