I have use these guys for a while now they're always late on my time calls I'm switching companies these guys make me late for work all the time not reliable at all

Picked up 15 minutes early, not familiar with area (ie:most efficient way to get from point A to B). Open to me giving directions. Directions were 8.9 miles but charged for 10 mi. I left my jacket with my phone in pocket. One week later on return trip home they brought my jacket & phone, minus the $5.00 cash I had in pocket. So grateful. Vehicles pretty clean. Company should consider no smoking both in business and cars. The smell of cigarettes was strong and infiltrates clothes. Receptionists at all times were helpful and considerate. Drivers considerate.

Always late, receptionist stated they only have 7 cabs and having emergency medical transport, that' s why they can't guarantee they will be on time. It should not be a taxi instead an Emergency transport??? 911???

the driver go ten block out of the way on a for $4 ride and charge me $6 and I called speedee and the boss still has not did anything about it so wach out if u ride with speedee
