We hired this company to treat bed bugs after a tenant left them behind, the experience was beyond horrific. They assured me they could handle the service. They would schedule technicians and then they would not show up or call and they would not be able to come until a week later, well as you know bed bugs spread very quickly, that time frame is unacceptable. After two treatments we were assured that the issue was resolved and our new tenant could move in, to our disgust after she moved in she noticed that they had spread to the whole top floor of the house!! Now the company is sending us to collections because I refuse to pay for services we did not receive and due to their negligence I had to spend 3 times the amount to have a reputable company come in and eliminate the bugs and treat the tenant's personal items. This experience was absolutely horrible. I will go all the way to small claims court. Their reply to all this "we sent you to collections."
