Checked into this motel around 3:30 on 6/19/15 and given a room not ready for occupancy. Went to dinner and came back around 5pm to find we were locked out of the room and the room was still not ready. they had changed our room and did not tell us until we made 2 trips to the front desk. then we were charged for 2 rooms and they are not crediting. The other person traveling with us used her debit card to pay for her room when we arrived. they charged her room amenities but not the room. We are now 3 1/2 weeks later and still have not gotten the credit on our credit card. Our traveling companion was charged a higher rate as well. We had booked blocked rooms for the reason we were there. Very disappointed with this motel. Would have stayed there again if this had not happened.
The personnel is very rude and does not honor their word of rates. The GM is very RUDE and UNCOOPERATIVE. One of her employees quoted a price for some rooms and now will not honor that.
