Peak Medical Homecare has been providing compassionate one-on-one health care in the comfort of home for over thirty years for a variety of needs: Recovery from an illness Rehabilitation following an injury or surgery Mobility limitations Psychiatric conditions Dementia and Alzheimer care Unsafe living alone To give a family caregiver a much needed break End of life care With hourly, overnight, or around the clock availability, Peak’s licensed and trained CNA’s, LPN’s and RN’s are able to provide in-home care assistance whenever it is needed — hourly, overnight or 24 hours a day, from a single visit to every day of the year. There are no contracts or required number of visits. The plan of care is flexible and adaptable, based upon each individual’s needs and condition, modified as those needs and conditions change.
