Walked in. Stood at counter for a least a minute. Not one person!!! They were all in the back near the bathroom talking away about scheduling and some other employee.I finally had to say "hello" . They were surprised and said they didn't hear me come in! Bought wipers. I always thought they put wipers on your vehicle for you. They used too,but I guess not anymore. They all seemed to be in a hurry to go gossip I guess. This store is only 3blocks from my house, but with service like that, I'll go a couple extra block to a different car store. Very disappointed
