Established in 1969, Promenade Rehabilitation & Health Center offers post-acute, specialty, skilled and long-term care programs. The center's respiratory program services include ventilator care, airway management, aerosol and oxygen administration, pulmonary hygiene and tracheostomy care. Its program includes on-site physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies. Based in Far Rockaway, N.Y., Promenade Rehabilitation & Health Center provides rehabilitation program for individuals who are recovering from strokes, falls, orthopedic disorders, multiple trauma, severe arthritis, neuromuscular disorders and chronic pain.
