After reading their webpage and going into the office and making an appt for my child, I was called and told that they do not do hearing aids for younger children. I spent 20 minutes in office giving ALL information for his appt. When calling the office, the receptionist that answers the phone can not give any answers insurance or about ages of patients they will see (which is why I went into the office). Very dissappointed that I spent so much time setting everything up, for no reason.
