Jane Randall is an excellent attorney. She has done nothing but help me and my family through our hard times. If you want an experienced attorney that will do EVERYTHING to help you, then Jane is your woman. I don't know what we would have done without her. Well worth her fees.

Jane knows her stuff, and does well starting off, but her effectiveness fades. My experiecne was that she lacked enough interest to keep my situation from getting worse. Now, I am alienated from my children, which is a situation where Jane's help could have "nipped things in the bud" She seemed to be more interested in the fees than she was this client. Her staff does not always have their act together. Someone recommended Jane and said that she was the best. My experience as one of her clients proves otherwise! If had it to do over again, I would not pick Jane to represent me.

Does not follow through and when she does it's usually to late for the client. Has staffing issues with paralegals. Does not respond in a timely manner either via email or telephone calls.
