Ebenezer has the best vets around - smart, understanding, fantastic to work with - and concerned about the treatments and price of treatments. I think this really helps the pet owners make wise decisions regarding the welfare of their pets.

They take time to call me personally to ask questions or follow up with treatment. They care deeply for their patients, and that means a lot to me.

My husband and I have been clients of this hospital since we owned our first cat in 2001. We had been told by family and friends in Rock Hill that this was the ONLY place we needed to go for services. My attachment with this fine organization comes with much emotion. Dr. Lawrence presided over the care of our cat, Alex, and when he was diagnosed with cancer, the entire staff were so very supportive and understanding. We ended up, after much soul searching and seeking help from cancer specialists, deciding we would have to put him to sleep. Alex's distress was so very sad to watch, and his breathing was getting worse by the day. Dr. Lawrence was the one who helped us as he put our baby to sleep. They allowed us to stay in the room until we were able to leave him, and took care of the arrangements to have him cremated. We picked Alex's ashes up on the following day. WHAT A MARVELOUS AND CARING CREW, AND WE RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY TRULY HAVE A HEART FOR YOUR PETS.
