We were from out of town and stayed here with corp housing. We have never been so disappointed. The pictures on site are great but not what we got. Our apartment spelled like urine and we had a bug issue(silverfish) that never went away. The furniture was not only old but filthy. At least it was corp I would not want to put my own stuff in their, it would have been harder not to bring their bugs to our new home. I ended up calling pest control as soon as we moved into our home to insure we didn't have their same issue. I really felt sorry for others that spent more time in that apartment then we did. Since my husbands company was doing a reconstruction we warned others not to go here to just head to charlotte. Thier is no such thing as a good bargain when it comes to housing. The apartment manager was not only smug but rude. It wasn't until her sec came to my apt and ran out saying that the urine spell was so strong did she finally have it replaced. The worst exp, just stay away.
