- Primary CareKaley received her B.S. from Brockport College in both nursing and healthcare administration. She is also a graduate of Boston College, where she obtained her Master of Science in nursing, specializing in primary care. Her internship as a pediatric nurse practitioner was completed at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she also worked for the majority of her nursing career. She has also worked at Strong Pediatric Clinic for the past two years. She is board certified as a pediatric primary care provider.
- Emergency CareAdam is a St. Bonaventure and University of Rochester graduate with degrees in nursing and biochemistry. He has more than a decade of experience in the pediatric ICU and currently works full time in the Pediatric Emergency Department at the University of Rochester. He also teaches part time at St. John Fisher College. His interests include emergency and urgent care of acutely ill or injured children.
- Flu Shots
- ImmunizationsAppointments for prenatal visits should be made between five and seven months of pregnancy. During the prenatal visit, the pediatrician will go over the family and pregnancy history. They will discuss what to expect at the hospital and for the baby during delivery. The pediatrician will go over safety issues regarding car seat installation and safety, crib safety and safe sleeping. They will discuss well visits for the baby, as well as immunizations the baby will receive. There will also be a time for any questions regarding newborns by the parent(s).
- GastroenterologyCrystal received a B.S. in Nursing from Binghamton University. She completed her master’s as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Rochester. Crystal is also the Lead Advance Practice Provider in the Pediatric Emergency Room at Rochester General Hospital. She is a guest lecturer for the University of Rochester Nurse Practitioner Program for Fall and Spring Semesters. Her interests include Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Gastroenterology Health. She is board certified as a pediatric primary care provider.
- Mental HealthDr. Baylor earned her BS degree in Nursing from the University of Rochester, followed by her Master’s degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Post-Master’s as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice for Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Baylor is the director of the PNP program at the University of Rochester. Her clinical interests include pediatric behavioral/mental health and pediatric emergency medicine. She is board certified in pediatric primary care.

- EndocrinologyNick is a Canisius and University of Rochester graduate with degrees in nursing and biochemistry. He completed his Master’s Degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at U of R where he is working on completion of his Doctorate in Nursing Practice. His interests include pediatric endocrinology. He is board certified as a pediatric primary care provider.
