I have trained with Dwayne McKinney for six years now, and he has opened the door to martial arts for me. High energy classes allow for the most out of my money, and with McKinney having trained in Tae Kwon-Do for over 30 years, the instruction is superb and of a masterful quality. The only downside would be, if you can keep up. By demanding high energy participation, the school often wears some students out, who haven't trained i martial arts long. But res assured, by training to ones fullest, one receives the best results.
