Were do I start? Parking lot full of pot holes, and a mess in winter. Bottom apts reek of mold and mildew, top ones leak when it rains. Nothing gets fixed, rugs are filthy and duck poop everywhere. No rec center, no swings for the kids, no pool. You would be better living in a box.
