Al Sigl Center, in collaboration with eight partner agencies, is a nonprofit resource organization providing help and support to children and adults with disabilities. The organization offers shared facilities, develops business services and generates community awareness and philanthropic support. Al Sigl Center was founded more than 40 years ago by a group of families that came together to develop a community solution for accessible space and programs for people with disabilities. The alliance serves more than 67,000 people with disabilities. Families, volunteers and independent social service agencies offer services such as rehabilitation programs, therapy suites and work areas, therapeutic swimming pool and gymnasium that is open to all members. Al Sigl Center is located in Rochester, N.Y.
