Excellent food and customer service. Went to this Pontillos for lunch with a large group of children. While I placed an order at the front counter, employees came out regularly to see if I needed anything. With kids of course there is the need for extra napkins, cups, drinks, etc. The staff was very helpful in getting anything I needed right away. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The food came out quickly which was helpful so the kids did not get bored or restless. The pizzas were nice and hot and delicious. I would highly recommend this Pontillos.

Highly recommended! We order a "custom" pizza nearly every week. It is perfectly made each time; they know our preferences [already] when we call. The crust is a crispy bread dough, and the sauce at this location is wonderfully seasoned with spices. No pizza we've tried has ever come close to West Ridge Pontillo's.

Raw Pizza, Refused Refund, Return, or any other situation. Rude manager who lied. First told me no Refund because owner wasnt there, then after filing complaint with BB I contacted them and told them the complaint number and that I was going to file a complaint with the FTC. Manager then told me he could contact the owner and that the owner would call me back. After waiting for an hour I contacted the FTC, then contacted Pontillos again with FTC number. He then told me that the owner was in and that he had just left!
