We hired Pittsford Paving for a driveway patch. They arrived as scheduled, and went above and beyond to get the job done. We are happy with their work, and would use them again. St. Paul of The Cross Church

I have used Pittsford Paving three times, once to put in the driveway and twice to seal it. In each case they have been responsive to our requests, and completed high quality work in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. Park Ave, Rochester
We hired Pittsford Paving last Summer to seal our driveway and they did a poor job and never remedied the situation. Spots were not properly treated, sealer was applied just before it rained and despite our calls, emails and pictures they wouldn't meet with us and wouldn't fix the situation. They said they came by, looked at it and said it looked fine. Never bothered to knock on the door or call us back despite several attempts on our part to have the situation corrected. We paid our bill as we've always done but they never did anything to deserve it. Very, very disappointed and would not recommend Pittsford Paving to anyone for any services.
Used Pittsford Paving last year and was very disappointed. Did not prpoerly treat spots, applied sealer shortly befored it rained and disregarded our inquires and complaints. We called, sent pictures and asked for them to remedy the situation but it never happened. Asked to meet with them and they said they stopped by and thought it looked fine but never knocked on the door or spoke to us directly. Suggest you stay away from this company this summer. Poor product and poor follow-up!
My husband had called them to seal our driveway because they had done it before AND they had also put in our new driveway a couple of years ago.
They just called, asking if it was OK to do it tomorrow. Well, it turns out that tomorrow is not a good day and my husband asked if they could come out some time next week.
He was told that they 'would probably not be out in this area again this season'. How rude!!!
So not only have they lost this customer, but I've put this negative review up on the internet. Maybe it will lose them another customer or two and maybe they'll become more considerate of their customer's timing instead of their own.

was told that they would get back to me with an estimate for a job and here it is almost three weeks later and no estimate...not reliable...don't keep their word...
