NiColoy is NiCoForm's class of proprietary high strength electrodeposited Nickel-Cobalt alloy. The high strength deposit exhibits a unique combination of elasticity and plasticity and is used to electroform bellows, diaphragms and other dynamic components. NiCoForm has focused our electroforming processes on these product groups Bellows, Catheter Tipping Dies, Optical and Microfluidic Electroforms, Net Shape, and Light Weight Structural Electroforms, Infrared Radiation Shields, Miniature Optical Housings and Enclosures.
